- Designing and coordinating high‑quality camp programs.
- Delivering exceptional, relationship‑focused customer service.
- Managing bookings, logistics, and pre‑camp requirements.
- Leading and contributing to 10–14 CRU Camps each year.
- Building strong partnerships with schools. Qualifications
- A mature Christian faith and commitment to CRU’s mission.
- Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail.
- A friendly, skilled manner and genuine care for schools and students.
- Experience with young people.
- Competency in Word and Excel.
