Allied Health Administrator Simba Health – Thornleigh At Simba Health Thornleigh, we are reshaping how allied health is delivered in our community — making high-quality care more accessible, coordinated and patient-centred. Our multidisciplinary clinic brings together experienced clinicians who are passionate about helping people move better, feel better and live well. Behind every great clinical team is a strong administrative team — and this role is an important part of that. We are looking for a reliable, proactive and community-minded Allied Health Administrator to support our clinicians and help deliver an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors. This is a full-time position (38 hours per week). Shifts are rostered within our clinic operating hours of 7:30am – 6:00pm, depending on clinician schedules and patient demand. These are not fixed start and finish times each day — your roster will be scheduled within these hours, most days will start at 8.15am and finish by 5pm. The Role This is not just a reception role. You will play an important part in ensuring the clinic runs smoothly each day so clinicians can focus on patient care and patients feel welcomed, supported and organised throughout their healthcare journey. You will work closely with clinicians and fellow team members to keep the day running efficiently while maintaining the high standards our patients expect. Key Responsibilities Be the face of the clinic Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism so every person entering the clinic feels supported and valued. Patient communication Answer phones, respond to enquiries and communicate clearly with patients to help them navigate their care. Diary and appointment management Coordinate clinician schedules, organise patient bookings and help ensure the day flows smoothly for both clinicians and patients. Patient accounts and payments Process payments and billing, including EFTPOS and health fund claiming, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Administrative coordination Maintain patient records, manage correspondence, process referrals and assist with general administrative tasks that support the clinical team. Clinic operations Help maintain a clean, organised and professional clinic environment and assist with deliveries and day-to-day operational needs. About You You are someone who:

- Communicates clearly and confidently, particularly on the phone
- Enjoys forward planning and keeping things running smoothly
- Can manage multiple tasks while maintaining solid attention to detail
- Values teamwork and contributes positively to the clinic environment
- Is reliable and takes ownership of their responsibilities Experience in healthcare or reception is valued but not essential. We are more interested in attitude, integrity and reliability. Full training will be provided. You will also be supported by colleagues across other Simba Health clinics, so you will always be part of a broader collaborative team. What We Offer
