The Sales Agent will be responsible for engaging with clients, providing tailored real estate solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the buying and selling processes. This role involves building and maintaining robust relationships, conducting property inspections, and achieving sales targets while upholding Wiseberry’s values and service standards. You will run your own patch backed by:

- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline
- Converting listings and buyers through smart prospecting and negotiation

- Real Estate Licence
- Proficiency in Real Estate Sales and a proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a team workplace
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and personal development
- A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
