- Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior leader (ASM/Supervisor), with a strong track record of driving sales and team performance
- The ability to work autonomously, with confidence to make in-store decisions that positively impact sales performance
- A growth mindset, actively seeking feedback and motivated to progress into flagship stores or senior leadership roles
- A confident coach with a passion for developing others and building engaged, high‑performing teams
- Strong operational standards across visual merchandising, stock control, and overall store presentation Sales & Service
- Own whole‑of‑store performance by driving sales, added value, UPT, and exceptional customer experiences
- Lead by example by connecting with customers on the shop floor to drive sales

- Coach and develop a high-performance, fun and energetic culture through hands‑on mentoring and on‑floor leadership
- Manage and lead a diverse team to success across various aspects of the stores Store Operations

- Oversee day‑to‑day store operations – prioritising and delegating duties as needed
- Maintain high standards across wage control, shrink, VM execution and stock accuracy
