Lighting Technician Permanent Part Time/casual Position Penrith

Penrith Panthers are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Lighting Technicians to join their Entertainment team on a Casual basis. We currently have exciting opportunities for passionate Lighting Technicians to take the next step in their career with Panthers and become casual team members. Your Main Duties and Responsibilities Ability to read and interpret stage plots and Lighting Schematics Ability to patch, programme and operate a GrandMA2 lighting console Assist the in-house audio team during set up and pack down Adhering to WHS management and operating procedures

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following attributes At least 2 years’ experience in live entertainment Working with Children’s Check Audio experience will be advantageous An understanding of DMX512 protocol An understanding of Arkaos Media Master An understanding of Martin, Clay Paky and Event lighting fixtures Riggers ticket and E.W.P ticket would be advantageous Robust attention to detail and the ability to problem solve An energetic and enthusiastic approach to your work A robust work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment Physical fitness, agility and ability to work at heights High level communication skills and well-developed interpersonal skills

You will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a commitment to customer service and the ability to work in a team as well as autonomously. You are required to be flexible and reliable as you will need to be available to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays.
