Civil Site Engineer (City of Penrith)

We are seeking a Site Engineer to join our energetic team. The position plays a crucial part in the successful delivery of our projects, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency are maintained throughout the construction process. Responsibilities
- Support and monitor project & site management activities: assist with project coordination and subcontractor management activities.
- Program preparation & administration: help develop and maintain detailed project schedules, supporting effective scheduling.
- Site-based execution: assist in quality assurance and environmental controls in office, ensuring compliance reporting and manage QA’s (Quality Assurance sheets).
- Health & safety advocacy: support health and safety initiatives, ensuring all works are completed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. The position is a full-time permanent role, requiring regular travel to project sites throughout NSW. Qualifications
- Recently completed a degree in Civil Engineering and 6-12 months experience in a graduate Civil Engineering role (or equivalent).
- A solid commitment to getting things done; strong numeric aptitude; detail- and results-oriented.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and meet deadlines; adaptable with a robust attitude to change.
- Solid computer literacy; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Current Australian Driver's License. Working hours The suitable candidate will be required to work from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday
