Caring Supports is looking for a motivated and creative **NDIS Events & Marketing Coordinator** to join our growing team.

About the Role

You will be responsible for planning and coordinating community events, building referral networks, managing marketing activities, and helping strengthen our brand presence across the disability sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Organise and coordinate NDIS expos, community events, open days, and networking opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, Allied Health providers, and referral partners
- Create marketing materials including flyers, brochures, newsletters, and promotional content
- Manage social media platforms and support online engagement
- Assist with business development initiatives and referral growth
- Coordinate local outreach and community partnerships
- Support branding, campaigns, and promotional activities
- Track leads, event outcomes, and marketing performance

About You
- Experience in marketing, events coordination, business development, or NDIS/community services
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Creative mindset with strong organisational skills
- Confident using social media and marketing tools
- Understanding of the NDIS sector is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional presentation and strong attention to detail

Essential Requirements
- Current Driver’s Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Check
- Solid administration and computer skills
