Key Responsibilities
- Operate Excavator across various civil construction sites across Sydney.
- Assist with general labouring duties as required on-site.
- Work independently and take initiative while also contributing to a strong team workplace.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with supervisors and teammates.
- Support and uphold our commitment to Quality, Workplace Health & Safety (WHS), and Environmental standards. Role Requirements
- A current White Card.
- A valid Statement of Attainment (SOA) and/or Verification of Competency (VOC) for Excavator.
- Proven experience operating Excavator – ideally with a minimum of 2+ years on civil sites.
- The ability to work both unsupervised and collaboratively in a team.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
