Marketing Assistant (Penrith)

We’re looking for a bright, energetic and creative Social Media Assistant for an immediate start! You'll be joining an experienced marketing team, working across national brands and assisting with a wide area of the business including; social media, copywriting, content creation, digital advertising and more. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Social media content planning and scheduling
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends
- Update website content with news and promotional campaigns
- Create promotional email campaigns
- Resource and create content relevant to client channels
- Assist in develop influencer relationships and campaigns
- Working with digital advertising team for relevant paid ads for clients
- Assist in resourcing suppliers for events and client campaigns
- Copywriting for longer publications eg. blog and shopping guides
- Prepare reports and presentations Preferred Skills/Platforms:
- Canva
- Capcut, FCPX
- Mailchimp or equivalent
- Squarespace and/or Wordpress About You: Quick-paced environments don’t scare you—they energise you. You are someone who is self disciplined and organised. You are reliable and can manage multitasking across a number of tasks and projects. Our ideal candidate has experience in retail and/or has worked for a creative marketing agency. Additionally, we would be impressed if you possess creative capabilities in design and/or content production.
