- Build rapport quickly and guide customers through the buying journey
- Follow up consistently to maximise opportunities and conversions
- Deliver exceptional customer service from enquiry through to handover
- Work collaboratively within a small, high-performing team

- Previous used car sales experience is desirable
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills
- Driven, self-motivated, and hungry to succeed

- Reliable, punctual, and professional approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment Must-have requirements
- Current QLD Motor Salesperson Licence
- Current open manual driver’s licence
