Blaxland Dental is seeking a high-performing Client Experience Manager to manage and convert inbound enquiries into booked appointments through exceptional communication, relationship-building, and phone-based sales skills. This is not a clinical role — it is a results-driven sales and patient conversion position focused on lead management, customer experience, and helping grow one of the leading dental practices in the Blue Mountains region. We are looking for someone confident, energetic, persuasive, and motivated by targets, performance, and delivering outstanding service. About Blaxland Dental Blaxland Dental is a up-to-date, fast-growing dental practice committed to providing exceptional patient care and an outstanding patient experience from the very first interaction. We invest heavily in marketing and patient experience systems to generate a high volume of quality enquiries across general, cosmetic, and advanced dental treatments. Your role will be to confidently guide prospective patients from enquiry through to booked appointments via professional and relationship-focused sales conversations. - Closing appointments over the phone About the Role As Client Experience Manager, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound patient enquiries generated through our marketing campaigns and referral channels. Your key objective is simple: Convert enquiries into booked and attended appointments. You will:
- Respond promptly to new patient enquiries
- Conduct high-volume outbound follow-up calls
- Build trust and understand patient concerns and goals
- Guide conversations confidently toward commitment
- Manage lead pipelines and follow-up systems
- Meet and exceed booking and conversion targets
- Deliver a premium first impression of the practice
- Accurately update CRM and patient communication systems Who We’re Looking For This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in:
