We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven Sales Representative to spearhead the sales of our pool heat pumps. In this dynamic role, you will qualify leads from social media and follow up to secure quotes and sales.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Management**: Generate and manage leads using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- **Social Media Engagement**: Oversee our social media channels to attract and engage potential customers.
- **Product Management**: Research, upload, and update product listings on our website to ensure they are accurate and appealing.
- **Sales Follow-Up**: Proactively follow up with leads to secure quotes and close sales.
- **Pricing Negotiation**: Negotiate pricing on parts to maximise profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Customer Quoting**: Provide accurate and timely quotes to customers.
- **Team Support**: Assist the Service Coordinator and cover their role during annual and sick leave.
- **Job Bookings**: Schedule staff to attend sites for quoting pool heat pumps.
- **Business Development**: Reach out to companies to promote our pool heat pumps.
- **KPI Achievement**: Meet key performance indicators aligned with business goals.
