**Position Details**:

- **Role**: Room Leader (ECT or working towards)
- **Location**: Cranebrook
- **Hours**: Full-time (38 hours per week)
- **Salary**: Competitive

**Requirements**:

- **Early Childhood Teaching Degree or Working Towards**: You must hold or working towaeds an ECT recognised qualification.
- **Passion for Early Childhood Education**: Your enthusiasm for fostering children’s development is essential.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Engage with children, parents, and fellow educators effectively.
- **Team Player**: Collaborate with fellow educators and contribute to a positive work environment.
- **Valid Working with Children Check**: Ensure the safety and well-being of our little ones.
- **Industry Experience**: At least 3 years in this role
