Based on Australia’s east coast, our rich history has allowed us to earn a strong reputation with deep roots in civil construction, bulk earthworks and project management capabilities. **Description**: Our Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Field Surveyor to join our Survey team and support the delivery of multiple civil construction projects. This is a site-based role responsible for survey set-out, coordination with site teams, and ensuring works are delivered accurately and efficiently in line with project specifications. Reporting to the Technical Survey Manager, you will operate at a party leader level and work closely with Construction Managers, Site Supervisors, subcontractors, and clients. Key Responsibilities Survey set-out of civil construction works in accordance with drawings and specifications Planning and coordinating survey activities across multiple projects Preparing DTMs for machine control and grader operations Carrying out all survey calculations prior to attending site Liaising with site teams to ensure survey requirements are clearly understood Managing survey equipment and ensuring it is maintained and secure Identifying and addressing potential non-compliance or constructability risks Maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and environmental compliance **Skills and Experiences**: About You You will bring proven experience in civil construction surveying and be confident operating independently on site. **You will have**: Tertiary qualification in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or similar Demonstrated experience as a Construction / Field Surveyor (party leader level) Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies Solid communication and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail and robust problem-solving ability Current Driver’s Licence and White Card Why JK’s?
