Optical Dispenser & Practice Manager - City Optics (Penrith)

City Optics is expanding! Following the successful launch of our Wetherill Park practice, we’re opening a brand-new store in Nepean Village this November
- and we’re building a small front of house team.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, patient-focused people who want to help create a welcoming, professional, and modern practice from day one.

Two roles are available: Part time Practice Manager and Part time Optical Assistant/Dispenser.

**The Roles**
- ** Practice Manager (Sun-Wed)**: Lead daily operations, support the team, and ensure patients experience a smooth and welcoming journey.
- ** Optical Assistant/Dispenser (Thurs-Sat, including Thursday evenings)**: Guide patients with frame selection, lens advice, and adjustments, assist with reception, bookings, EFTPOS/HICAPS, and help keep the practice running smoothly.

**Training & Support**

To set you up for success, initial training will take place at our Westfield Penrith store. Training can start as soon as possible, giving you the opportunity to build confidence and skills before stepping into Nepean Village as part of the foundation team.

**What You Bring**
- Experience in optical, retail, healthcare, or management (preferred but not essential
- training provided)
- Great communication and people skills
- A team mindset with a patient-first approach
- Ability to explain solutions simply and clearly
- Confidence with computers and systems
- Flexibility to work a retail roster, including Thursday evenings and weekends

- Salary commensurate with experience
