Property Manager (Springwood)

Our award winning independently owned real estate agency is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team. Our high profile office is seeking someone who can start ASAP. A generous remuneration package is available for the right applicant.

**The Role**
- Managing a portfolio of 120 residential properties in the local surrounding suburbs
- Liaise with owners and tenants
- Organise repairs and maintenance work orders
- Conducting entry and exit reports
- NO Trust Accounting
- Console Cloud Software used
- New management enquiries
- Minimise and maintain rental arrears
- Leasing inspections and enquiries
- Lease Preparation process

- **Reliable motor vehicle and Drivers' License**:

- Must have at least 3 years or more of Property Manager experience managing a portfolio
- Excellent written & solid communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-pace environment
- Excellent time management, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
- Honest, energetic, and a TEAM PLAYER!
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- Speaking more than one language is an advantage
- Desire to Build client relationships.
- A passion for Property Management

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
