About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Quality Manager who is highly visible on the factory floor and passionate about driving quality through people, not paperwork.

This role is all about coaching, influencing and solving problems in real time — working alongside production teams to make quality part of how work gets done every day.

What you’ll do Spend most of your time on the factory floor, building strong relationships with operators and leaders Coach teams on quality standards and best practice Drive accountability and influence behaviours across the site Identify, investigate and resolve quality issues as they arise Support practical continuous improvement initiatives that stick Partner with production and supply teams to balance quality with output Use data and insights to guide decisions in a straightforward, effective way

What we’re looking for Proven experience in a Quality Manager or senior quality role within manufacturing Robust leadership and influencing skills
- you influence, not enforce Practical, solutions-focused mindset with a bias for action Comfortable engaging on the floor, not just in meetings Ability to simplify quality requirements for frontline teams You’re comfortable challenging and coaching at all levels You focus on outcomes, not just process
