Marketing Assistant (City of Penrith)

If that sounds like you...We want to meet you! We’re on the hunt for a Social Media Assistant, with a minimum of 2YR experience to join our close-knit and creative marketing team. You’ll get hands‑on with content, social media, events, campaigns and more — while learning the ropes to grow into a Social Media Coordinator. Immediate start or within a 2-week notice period is desirable. What this role may include:
- Creating and scheduling content for social media
- Jumping on trends, making reels or TikToks… and yes… Being in front of the camera is a big win for this role
- Writing copy for posts, emails, blogs, and other marketing bits
- Helping with influencer outreach and campaign ideas
- Updating websites with fresh content and promotions;
- Supporting the team with creative assets and client campaigns

- Are organised and thrive on managing lots of moving parts

- Have worked in a creative agency, or have experience juggling multiple brands
