**Who We’re Looking For**: We’re seeking an inspiring and passionate **Room Leader** for our 2-4 age group who:

- Is committed to creating a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
- Has the ability to lead and mentor a team of educators effectively
- Can develop and implement age-appropriate, innovative programming that promotes development
- Builds strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Is ready to contribute to the overall growth and culture of our new centre

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Previous experience in a Room Leader role or demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
