We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Accounts & Finance Executive to support our finance operations and help us deliver our services with integrity and impact.

**About the Role**

As the Accounts & Finance Executive, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day financial operations of our organisation. You’ll manage accounts payable and receivable, oversee payroll processing, ensure compliance with relevant legislation and assist in financial reporting. This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Springwood office, reporting directly to the General Manager.
- **What You’ll Be Doing**_

**Accounts & Payroll**
- Manage accounts payable/receivable
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations
- Process end-to-end payroll (including PAYG, super, QLeave, BAS)
- Support preparation of monthly reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Handle client/vendor enquiries efficiently

**Documentation & Compliance**
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting procedures
- Assist in preparing reports, policy documents, and financial statements
- Create service agreements for new NDIS participants
- Work with internal systems to onboard new staff
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations

**Stakeholder Engagement**
- Liaise with internal/external stakeholders, including government agencies
- Assist with invoicing, payroll queries, and expense management

**Key Performance Goals**
- Keep accounts receivable under $10K monthly
- Deliver fortnightly payroll and labour utilisation reports
- Provide accurate monthly financial reporting
- Maintain payroll and superannuation compliance

**What We’re Looking For**
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from an Australian or recognised Accredited University
- Proven experience in accounts and payroll functions with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
- Previous experience in the NDIS sector held in high regard
- Strong understanding of the SCHADS Award held in high regard
- Advanced knowledge of Xero mandatory
- Membership with a recognised Accounting Body (CPA/CAANZ/IPA) held in high regard
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of Australian payroll and tax regulations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills

Pay: $80,000.00
