**Recruitment and Allocations Coordinator

**NU Nursing is a Australian owned and run nursing agency, working with hospitals and aged care facilities to provide nursing staff at short notice.**

We are looking for a Recruitment and Allocations Manager to work with across our allocations and recruitment team to build our database of workers and place workers to meet client shortfalls. You will contribute to business growth and work on ensuring efficiency in end to end processes.

**As part of this team, you will be required to be involved in all aspects of recruitment and bookings including**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our external stakeholders and staff
- Answer calls, providing prompt service to our clients and nursing staff
- Making outbound calls to our clients and nursing staff
- Screening current nurses and carers and checking their documents are in order as per NSW Health compliance.
- Onboarding nurses to various Hospitals as required by the hospitals
- Supporting the recruitment team as required.
- Booking nurses and carers to various hospitals and aged care through online portals and over the phone.
- Achieving minimum booking numbers of nurses and carers on a daily basis
- Monitoring and updating staff compliance.
- Review and update policies and procedures when necessary
- General administration / adhoc duties.

Applicants with prior sales or customer service experience is essential. Call Center experience/Health Industry experience/ Recruitment experience will be given preference.

**Salary**: $32.00
- $36.00 per hour
