Property Manager (Penrith)

Due to expansion we are seeking an experienced full time Property Manager for our firm.
- Assigned a portfolio with leasing assistance.

**The Position**
- Be productive & pro-active
- Manage a portfolio of properties
- Ingoings/Outgoings
- Develop solid relationships with new/existing landlords and tenants
- Prepare for and attend tribunal hearings on landlord's behalf when required
- Use of Property Tree desirable (however not essential)

**The following are ESSENTIAL to be considered for an interview**:

- MUST HAVE Own Car & Drivers License
- Current Assistant Agents Certificate or License
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
- Strong working knowledge of property management and tenant/ landlord practices, legislation, rules and regulations
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement & implement change to the team when required
- Confidence in working autonomously with the team
- Wanting to be the best version of yourself, striving to improve through education and training

Pay: $53,498.75
- $83,402.81 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission

**Experience**:

- Property management: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:
