About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Epoxy Painter to join our precast concrete manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and applying epoxy coatings to precast elements including segments and culverts, ensuring a high-quality, durable finish that meets project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for coating, including cleaning, grinding, and masking

Mix and apply epoxy coatings using spray, roller, or brush techniques

Ensure coatings are applied to required thickness and finish standards

Inspect completed work for quality and consistency

Maintain painting equipment and ensure proper storage of materials

Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times

Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to meet deadlines

Skills & Experience Proven experience in epoxy or industrial painting (precast or construction industry highly regarded)

Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and coating systems

Ability to read and interpret technical specifications

Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment
