About the Role We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment & HR Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an early-career HR professional or recent graduate looking to build hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, compliance, and broader human resources activities. Working alongside experienced HR professionals, you'll support a diverse client portfolio, coordinating recruitment processes, maintaining accurate HR records, preparing professional documentation, and contributing to a range of HR projects. - Support end-to-end recruitment activities including drafting advertisements, posting vacancies, shortlisting applications, phone screening candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and communicating with applicants.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure all hiring activities are updated accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare offer documentation and support onboarding activities for new employees.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation including employment contracts, policies, position descriptions, letters, and employee records.
- Manage shared HR inboxes for multiple clients, providing professional and timely written responses and escalating matters where required.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee data within HRIS platforms such as Employment Hero.
- Assist with performance and development administration and maintain associated records.
- Assist with Award interpretation, compliance activities, and reviews of employment conditions and practices.
- Contribute to HR reporting, metrics, engagement initiatives, and wellbeing projects.
- Prepare professional reports, correspondence, presentations, and forms using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative efficiency, client service, and internal processes through technology and continuous improvement.
- Confidently utilise a range of digital platforms including HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, Canva, e-signature platforms, and workflow management tools.
- Support the ongoing enhancement of systems and processes to improve the client experience. About You You'll be a highly organised and proactive individual who enjoys delivering high-quality work and building positive relationships with clients and candidates alike. You'll bring:
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Previous recruitment coordination, HR administration, or similar experience.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Forms).
- A professional, approachable, and client-focused attitude.
- High levels of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
