**About the role**

Emu Plains Podiatry is seeking a friendly and organised Part Time Receptionist / Support Services to join our team, working Thursday and Friday. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our podiatry clinic.

**What you'll be doing**
- Greeting patients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner
- Efficiently answering incoming phone calls and responding to enquiries
- Booking and managing patient appointments
- Handling patient invoicing (including HICAPS, EFTPOS, Medicare, DVA, and Workers' Compensation).
- Managing patient data, correspondence, and document scanning.
- Providing administrative support to practitioners.
- Sterilizing instruments
- Maintaining a clean and organised practice workplace.
- Contributing to our social media presence on Facebook and Instagram.
- Note: In-house training will be provided._

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience in a similar customer service or receptionist role, ideally within a healthcare or medical setting
- Punctual with a professional appearance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- Eager to learn our practice management software.
- A genuine interest in healthcare and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
- Flexible and available to cover for annual and sick leave.
- Required to have a Working with Children Check and Police Check

**Work Schedule**:

- Thursday: 8:30 AM
- 7:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM
- 5:30 PM
- Immediate start available.
