Role Team leadership
- Oversee a small team of provisional, registered, and clinical psychologists
- Provide guidance, support & mentorship, assisting in performance management, career progression, and business operations Clinical expertship
- Facilitate and participate in clinical supervision of client caseload as needed, ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered
- Undertake quality assurance activities to maintain and improve service delivery excellence Psychological service delivery
- Provide psychological services to a caseload of clients and customers by delivering evidence‑based interventions and therapeutic support, including:
- EAP counselling – offering services to a range of clients, including adults, children and adolescents and couples
- On‑site and critical incident attendance – support people at their workplace
- Private / Medicare rebated counselling
- Compensation Scheme Work – support clients with pain‑related issues, injury adjustment and trauma from an acquired injury
- Multidisciplinary interventions – work in a multidisciplinary team to support client outcomes
- Psychological assessment About You
- Psychologist with full registration with AHPRA (Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
- Experience leading a team and supporting psychologists is essential
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to obtain a national police check
