We currently have an prospect available in our NSW office for an experienced Labour Hire Recruiter, specialising within the blue-collar space. Phoenix Source & Select is a national agency with proven and significant year on year growth. Supplying to some of Australia’s most reputable and recognised brands. Based in Jamisontown, NSW you will be supported by an experienced branch network who live and breathe company values. Key Responsibilities
- Screening and interviewing candidates
- Coordinating and running onsite inductions
- Managing, confirming, and adjusting daily rosters
- Ensuring clear, consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders
- Maintaining regular communication with clients
- New business and organic growth of existing client base. To be Successful in this role:
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both clients and candidates
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work across a variety of industries and locations
- Clear, confident and professional communication skills
- Confident verbal and written communication skills
