This role follows a Full-Time rotating roster with a mix of late-night trading shifts and alternate weekends. What you’ll do:

- Keep the boutique buzzing—support the team and ensure smooth operations.
- Drive high-impact sales using digital tools and POS systems.
- Engage customers with tastings, memberships, and your coffee expertise.

- A coffee lover with previous retail and/or hospitality experience.
