Administration / Bookkeeper (Castlereagh)

Pace Constructions & Pace Haulage Pace Constructions and Pace Haulage are looking for a reliable and organised Administration / Bookkeeper to join our growing team for an immediate start. This is a part-time role suited to someone who is detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently across both businesses. Hours 3 days a week
- we are flexible on days. 7:30am – 10:30am Location Hybrid role – work from home with some time required at our office in Castlereagh. About the role Duties may include
- General administration support
- Data entry and record keeping
- Invoicing and accounts administration
- Managing emails and phone enquiries
- Basic bookkeeping duties
- Assisting with payroll and supplier accounts
- Filing and organisation of documents. About you The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous administration and/or bookkeeping experience
- Be highly organised with robust attention to detail
- Have good communication skills
- Be confident using computers and Microsoft Office
- Be able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience with Xero and MYOB. What we offer
