Diploma Room Leader - Penrith

Found in 1998 in the heart of Sydney, Australia, MindChamps International Preschool & Early Learning (“MindChamps”) is a pathbreaking Preschool and early childhood education with 86 centres operating globally in Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia and Myanmar.

As we grow, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic **Room Leader (Full-Time)** to join our close-knit and supportive team in **Penrith, NSW**.

**As a Room Leader, your core responsibilities will be to**:

- Plan, supervise and implement the program for the room in accordance with the policies,
- Understand the regulatory requirements listed in the National Regulations and National Quality Standards, with the focus to provide an excellent level of education and care to the children at the centre-based service
- Lead and mentor the educators in the room
- Build fantastic rapport and incorporate a strong home-school partnership with the parents

**What we are looking for**
- A completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent).
- Current/Valid Working With Children’s Check (WWCC) and relevant First Aid Certificates
- Previous working experience in Early Childhood Education
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- The desire to make a positive contribution to a professional, collaborative and focused team
- A love for children and a desire to make childcare a long-term career
- Passion, enthusiasm and a solid commitment to high-quality care
