A great prospect now exists for an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our growing team.

About the Role

This role is primarily responsible for attending to plant and equipment breakdowns, completing scheduled routine preventative maintenance and providing technical assistance within a continuous improvement environment to optimise manufacturing processes.

Essential Skills:

safety focused

MUST be trade qualified Mechanical Fitter & Machinist

industrial maintenance experience on fixed plant machinery

steel and plate fabrication experience

forklift ticket

ability to read hydraulic, pneumatic and engineering drawings

hydraulic and pneumatic fault finding ability.

*Desirable:

Work at Heights Certificate

Electrical Disconnect/ Reconnect Licence

Confined Space Certificate

Willing to work overtime and weekends as required.

Opportunities for additional training will be provided.
