Buckland is a quality provider of Aged Care services situated in Springwood in the Lower Blue Mountains NSW. We are a well-established non-for-profit organisation and are well respected in our community.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated HR Administration Support Officer to join our team in a part time capacity (2 days per week). This role will provide administration support to our HR Coordinator.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Ongoing preparation and distribution of staff competencies and appraisals for the organisation

Completing all aspects of on-boarding current staff members including orientation and administration requirements as allocated by the HR Coordinator

Coordinate and manage the intake of clinical student placement

Manage the staff uniform process including creating orders and stock allocation

Provide administrative support for recruitment processes

Undertake other ad hoc HR administrative tasks as required

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

General administrative experience, preferably within HR

High degree of organisation, initiative, time management and task prioritisation

Effective communication skills, including the ability to receive feedback.

Have a proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic attitude

Able to build meaningful relationships with management, team leaders and staff

Skilled presentation
