Records Delivery Driver Stores & Inventory Specialist City …, Penrith City Council

Support the Records Inventory team with accurate retrieval, staging, dispatch, and delivery of government records, ensuring compliance with inventory control, security, chain-of-custody, and WHS standards.

Details:

Pay: $32.71 + super

Hours: Full time hours

Roster: Mon–Fri between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Duties:

Pick and retrieve records using system-generated lists

Process transactions via RF scanners/inventory systems

Vehicle Operation: Ability to safely operate a van.

Route Planning and Navigation: Skilled in route planning and navigation

Time Management and Punctuality: Robust time management and punctuality skills.

Physical Fitness: Basic physical fitness for loading/unloading goods.

Requirements:

Must hold a valid driver's license.

Ability to lift up to 16 kg and walk up to 10 km daily

Ability to handle and transport confidential records securely

Understanding of WHS practices

Team player with ability to meet deadlines

Compliance:

Criminal record check & Working With Children Check
