As a Principal Psychologist you will lead a team of Psychologists who deliver a range of clinical and organisational psychology focused services. Your role includes the following: Team Leadership
- Oversee a small team of provisional, registered, and clinical psychologists
- Provide guidance, support & mentorship, assisting in performance management, career progression, and business operations Clinical Expertship
- Facilitate and participate in clinical supervision of client caseload as needed, ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered
- Undertake quality assurance activities to maintain and improve service delivery excellence Psychological Service Delivery
- Provide psychological services to a caseload of clients and customers by delivering evidence‑based interventions and therapeutic support, including:
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counselling – offering services to a range of clients, including adults, children, adolescents and couples
- On‑site and Critical Incident Attendance – support people at their workplace
- Private/Medicare reimbated counselling
- Compensation Scheme Work – support our clients with pain‑related issues, injury adjustment and trauma from an acquired injury
- Multidisciplinary Interventions – work in a multidisciplinary team to support client outcomes
- Psychological Assessment About You
- Psychologist with full registration with AHPRA (Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
- Experience leading a team and supporting psychologists is essential
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to obtain a national police check
