Project Engineer (City of Penrith)

Simmons Civil Contracting is currently looking to bring on a Project Engineer to support the delivery of ongoing civil projects across Western Sydney, with a strong focus around Kemps Creek. The Role Working closely with Project Managers and site teams, you will take ownership across key aspects of project delivery, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Projects will include bulk earthworks, subdivisions, and associated civil infrastructure works. Responsibilities
- Managing project delivery elements from planning through to completion
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Overseeing QA, compliance, and project documentation
- Supporting cost control, forecasting, and reporting
- Assisting with programming and tracking project milestones
- Driving communication between site, commercial, and client stakeholders About You
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or similar
- Experience working as a Project Engineer on civil construction projects in Australia
- Robust commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders
