- Provide tailored guidance, coaching, job placement and ongoing support to your client group.
- Identify new opportunities with local employers that align with participants’ goals and needs.
- Understand the unique employment needs of your clients.
- Collaborate with employers to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity. Who you are / Skills and experience we look for
- Experience in a similar role within Employment Services (highly advantageous).
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and adaptability.
- Attention to detail and skills in administration and use of IT systems.
- Experience working with Indigenous communities.
- A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID to access Government data aligned to the role. What we can offer you
