FreshTrack is now looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer to join their team. The right candidate will be responsible for:
- Assess existing workflows in software deployment and user interactions to identify inefficiencies;
- Recommend and implement optimized systems for software integration in client operations (e.g., growers, packers, marketers);
- Analyze client data to enhance software performance and adapt solutions to specific agricultural supply chain needs;
- Develop predictive models for supply chain forecasting and operational efficiency;
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate automation and smart tools into client operations, enhancing productivity;
- Evaluate and recommend improvements in the FreshTrack Cloud platform based on user feedback and operational outcomes;
- Optimize logistics and inventory management for FreshTrack clients using advanced software solutions;
- Design strategies to reduce waste and streamline packing and shipping workflows for agricultural products;
- Monitor and refine quality control measures within FreshTrack’s traceability systems to ensure compliance with industry standards;
- Test software functionalities for accuracy and user-friendliness, focusing on reducing errors in agricultural data management;
- Lead or assist in implementing FreshTrack solutions for recent clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and system integration;
- Manage timelines and deliverables for custom software projects tailored to clients' agricultural needs;
- Develop systems to track and reduce the environmental impact of agricultural supply chains; About you:
- Relevant experience as an Industrial Engineer;
- Understanding of supply chain dynamics and logistics optimisation tools;
- Ability to build predictive models and dashboards for performance tracking;
- Familiarity with cloud-based systems like FreshTrack Cloud;
- Competence in project management softwares;
- Knowledge of quality control systems, standards, and compliance requirements in the agricultural sector; Job type: Permanent/full-time Salary: $95,000
