**About the opportunity**

As our Freight Handler / Forklift Driver, you’ll be based in our StarTrack Premium Facility at Lee Close Perth Airport, working with colleagues across our processing and deliveries teams to keep the cogs of our business turning. Safely operating a forklift and also sorting product on the floor, you’ll support with loading parcels/pallets for our delivery and transport drivers to head out on the road and deliver for Australia like never before. If you enjoy variety, then this combination operations role is one for you.

This is a full time permanent chance working Monday to Friday from 12.30pm to 8pm (flexibility to work additional overtime is required). This role pays $33.70 per hour plus 17.5% penalty rate for the afternoon shift, along with a $50/week district allowance, 12% super and overtime rates.

**About you**
- Hold a valid LF Forklift Licence.
- Be fit enough to lift/load and unload mail/parcel items of all different shapes and sizes frequently around our facilities and into trucks (30kg lift capacity is required).
- Be safety-focused, willing to undergo a vehicle assessment and pre-employment checks (medical, drug/alcohol screening and national criminal history checks).
- You’re a self-starter that enjoys working in a busy operations environment.
