**Description & Requirements**: Monadelphous Mining and Minerals North West team are looking for a new Tender Writer to join our established Tendering and Estimating team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career by working alongside our specialised operations team and clients whilst gaining valuable industry experience. Duties include upkeeping bidding and tendering information documentation, collaboratively working with our unit and project managers and meeting deadlines to provide tendering proposals to our clients. This role is a Full Time Permanent Opportunity, working Monday to Friday in our Victoria Park head office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organising bidding and tendering information into proposal reports and correspondence
- Effectively assisting the team to deliver to our clients in a timely manner
- Manage the tendering folder and inbox
- Analysing data from both internal and external stakeholders to provide information and advice on both ends
- Complete weekly and monthly reports on tender status and EOI's
- Meeting deadlines for tender deliverables

**What you’ll bring**:

- Previous experience in tendering, bidding and proposal is essential
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Business Administration is preferred
- Advanced computer skills across Microsoft suite
- Ability to establish solid professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong Attention to Detail and sound Written Communication skills
