Event Manager (Northbridge)

**About us**

We are a Latin Bar that brings the Latin culture to Perth! To get you out of the weekly routine, every weekend we offer different Latin-style experiences accompanied by delicious appetisers and drinks with a variety of events that provides a mix of the best Latin rhythms.

We are looking for an event manager to grow our team and take charge of special and private events. His extensive experience will bring to the company a new approach to events and creative spaces in the best Latin style.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Effective time management
- Experience creating current events with supplier management and ability to process quotes and invoices.
- Professional and charismatic presentation
- Certificate III in events
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of hospitality operation including requirements
- Minimum 2 year of experience in the sector or similar position.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Plan and execute Santos&Pecadores; events guaranteeing and increase to the bar’s sales.
- Coordinate with various internal departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth of events.
- Manage event budgets and perform cost analysis to ensure optimal resource optimal resource allocation.
- Negotiate with organisers and suppliers to ensure satisfactory services and event for the bar.
- Coordinate event logistics, venue decoration, management of all entertainment staff, suggestion of special drinks.
- Develop event marketing strategies and implement promotional activities to maximise attendance and engagement.
- Provide to the general manager a monthly and annual calendar showing all events planned throughout the year.
- Liaise with performers, sponsors and exhibitors to ensure that their needs and requirement are met from Santos & Pecadores part.
- Provide on-site support during events, supervising successful events and customer service to ensure a positive experience for attendees.

Pay: $70,000.00
- $75,000.00 per year
