We are ideally looking for someone who has a structured background with experience identifying chance and implementing store operations. The role will suit someone with an energetic personality who has a passion for a business that values the customer and a VIP style of service.

**About You**:

- Experienced senior leader ideally within womenswear designer
- Strong ability and experience in CRM and clientele
- Strategic and structured in operations
- Natural people leader
- Ability to manage and drive a team

- Creative and eager to develop boutique potential
