About the Role
As an experienced Distribution Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operational management of our Warehouse in Hazelmere, Perth. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Strictly enforce standard operating procedures and work instructions to ensure efficient and effective performance.- Monitor performance against agreed KPI's and targets; analyses outcomes and implement action learning for continuous improvement.- Provide leadership and coaching to all warehouse personnel on performance and team/individual behaviours to drive a high performing culture and environment.- Work in partnership with the Health & Safety Advisor to address all work Health & Safety risks, incidents and initiatives, ensuring that these risks are mitigated or eliminated.

We are seeking a visionary leader with a strong background in warehouse and inventory management. To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Proven people experience in managing a small team.-
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with key stakeholders.- Determination to set challenging targets and expectations to consistently strive for great results- Flexibility to manage multiple task deadlines with ease.
