About the Role

We have two Administration Officer opportunities available at our Naval Base site:

Part-time (30 hours per week), Mon‑Fri, 8.30am‑3pm – supporting Branch Operations

Full-time (38 hours per week) – supporting the Sales team

Both positions focus on providing high‑quality administration and customer service support, helping keep day‑to‑day operations running smoothly and creating a positive experience for customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate a range of administrative activities across sales or branch operations

Maintain records, support stocktakes as required, process invoices and purchase orders

Prepare quotations, tender responses and reports

Handle incoming phone, email, and face‑to‑face enquiries from employees and clients promptly and professionally

Complete accurate data entry, update databases, and support compliance requirements

Provide any other miscellaneous administrative duties as required

About You

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role

Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn recent systems

CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) desirable

Strong attention to detail with excellent organisation and time‑management skills

Ability to juggle competing priorities and deadlines

Confident communicator with a friendly, customer‑focused approach

Flexible, adaptable, and eager to support changing business needs
