Insurance Specialist Perth

Role Summary

Insurance Specialist – a hybrid customer‑service position located in Perth, where you will be the first point of contact for our customers, using problem‑solving and communication skills to guide them through their insurance queries.

Responsibilities Sell QBE products and services by delivering excellent customer service and fostering solid relationships with customers via inbound calls. Manage 30–50 inbound queries per day, providing exceptional help to customers and partners. Learn about our insurance portfolios and various partnerships to build strong relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders. Assist in the growth and retention of business by providing timely and effective solutions that adhere to QBE guidelines.

Qualifications Previous experience in a call‑centre environment preferred. Clear, friendly phone manner; able to talk and type simultaneously. Solid communicator with a positive, can‑do attitude. Quick to learn new systems and confident with computers and numbers. Calm and resilient in rapid‑paced environments. Builds rapport easily and delivers timely solutions to diverse customers. Detail‑oriented with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
