About The Role As an early-career professional, you’ll work alongside our team of experienced environmental professionals who are dedicated to helping you grow and succeed. You'll gain hands‑on experience in assessing and remediating contaminated land, and developing essential skills in client engagement, proposal development, and project management. You’ll work on a diverse range of exciting and challenging contaminated land projects across multiple industries including Defence, Mining, Oil & Gas and Government. - Conduct fieldwork for a variety of contaminated site investigation and remediation projects, including soil, groundwater, surface water, and ground gas sampling.
- Observe, guide, and document site remediation activities to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Manage, interpret, and ensure the quality of data through rigorous quality assurance and quality control processes.
- Assist in writing proposals, project correspondence, and technical reports to communicate findings and recommendations effectively. About You
- A degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or Geosciences.
- A minimum of 12 months gained in contaminated land fieldwork.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative team‑oriented mindset.
- Genuine enthusiasm for producing high‑quality work that delivers practical solutions for our clients.
- A commitment to maintaining high health and safety standards for yourself, your team, and any contractors involved.
- Willingness to undertake remote fieldwork across Australia.
- Permanent residency in Australia.
