Workplace Concierge (Perth)

We are looking for a Workplace Concierge to join our Procurement, Property and Projects team in our Perth CBD office on a permanent full‑time basis. Reporting to the National Workplace Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and engaging workplace experience for employees, visitors, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact, providing a warm and professional welcome to all employees, visitors and external partners
- Coordinate meeting rooms, catering and workplace services to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations
- Support the delivery of on‑site meetings, events and workplace activations
- Manage incoming calls, mail and deliveries efficiently and with a high level of confidentiality
- Provide on‑the‑ground support for workplace and facilities‑related activities
- Identify opportunities to enhance the workplace experience and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Your Background
- Experience in a front‑of‑house, workplace concierge, or customer‑facing role within a professional environment (ideally corporate)
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast‑paced setting
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across a broad range of stakeholders
- Proactive and solutions‑focused, with a willingness to take ownership and improve processes
