Customer Service / Call Centre Officer (Perth)

Job Description Wood Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service / Call Centre Officer to join a fast-paced operational environment in Perth. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with customers, coordinating bookings, and solving problems quickly in a high-volume phone environment. - Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a high-volume environment
- Managing service bookings and customer requests efficiently
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure services are delivered smoothly
- Following up with customers regarding bookings and updates
- Maintaining accurate customer and booking records
- Assisting with new client onboarding and service enquiries Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role
- Experience in outbound telesales or phone-based environments is highly regarded
- Backgrounds in dispatch, bookings, logistics, retail or hospitality are welcome
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A confident and friendly phone manner
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
