About the role: After recently being awarded a long-term contract with a top tier client, we are currently seeking experienced Boilermaker / First Class Welders to join our execution team for FIFO roles ex Perth, and DIDO roles ex Karratha for ongoing work. This technically challenging work will see you performing new installations and major componentry change outs on equipment across the mining industry including:
- Balance Machines
- Reclaimers, Stackers, Ship loaders.
- Crushers
- Jaw, Gyro, Cone.
- Car Dumpers.
- Gear Boxes.
- Apron Feeders.
- Fixed Plant Components etc. Ideally you will start your journey with DG Engineering as a casual with the view of transitioning to full-time. What We Offer:

- Minimum 3 years as a Boilermaker / Welder within the heavy mining Industry.
- Must be able to pass FCAW (3G, 4G), MCAW (3G, 4G) and MMAW (6G) welding tests.
- Australian recognised trade certificate.
- Current and valid:
- Driver's Licence.
- Work Licences (Working at Heights, Confined Space, High Risk EWP).
- Police clearance (or willing to obtain).
- Permanent resident within Western Australia.
- Must be able to pass a full pre-employment medical including regular drug and alcohol screenings.
