Perth College is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. The Marketing and Communications Coordinator plays a key role in enhancing Perth College’s brand awareness, increasing student enrolments, and positioning the School as a leading educational institution for girls. Using initiative and creativity, this role delivers impactful marketing and communications aligned with the School’s ethos and Strategic Vision. Key Responsibilities & Attributes This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating engaging marketing strategies and communications that connect with prospective and current families, as well as the wider school community. Working collaboratively across all areas of the School, you will use sound judgement, initiative, and discretion to ensure the vibrant life of Perth College is captured, celebrated, and promoted across Primary, Secondary, Arts, Sport, and Academic programs.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field
- Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and content management systems
- Graphic design capability and experience overseeing print and digital assets
- Demonstrated high-level professional writing and editing skills for a range of traditional and online platforms
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Community Engagement to plan, design and execute marketing campaigns that effectively target prospective families and drive enrolments
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, using data to refine strategies and achieve better outcomes
- Maintain and update website content to ensure it is current, visually appealing, and user-friendly
- Management of content for various platforms, including the website, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials, ensuring consistency with the Perth College branding.
- Build solid relationships within the Perth College community to uncover and develop positive stories that highlight the school’s achievements and culture
