Job Description We’re looking for Graduate Electrical Engineers who are curious, motivated and excited to learn. You’ll join teams working on the electrical and digital systems that power Australia’s critical infrastructure, including:
- High‑voltage power systems and substations
- Protection and control engineering
- ICT and communications networks for transport
- Rail systems integration and operations technology You don’t need prior experience in these areas — just a willingness to learn and a passion for solving real‑world engineering problems . Our two‑year Graduate Program is dedicated to nurturing the early stages of your consulting career. What We Offer You

- Participate in project meetings and collaborate with other disciplines
- Help maintain quality and compliance with relevant standards
- Gain supervised site exposure to understand how systems operate in the real world Qualifications
- Available to start in February 2027
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or Electrical major within Mechatronics)
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in infrastructure systems
- Enthusiasm for learning about power, control, automation or transport technologies
